REAL PROPERTY TAX
Notice is hereby given that the Real Property Tax in respect
ai the quarter ended 31st December, 1962, became due on 31st
October, 1962, and for the Quarter ending 31st March, 1963, on
the 31st January, 1963.
Property Owners who are still in arrears in respect of the year
ended 31st December, 1962, and Quarter ending 31st March, 1963,
are reminded of the provisions of Section 14(a) of the Real
Property Tax Act, Chapter 307 RL which require the Treasurer
to take action in respect of any amount in arrears for more than
30 days.
Persons against whom judgements for arrears have already
been obtained are hereby warned that application will be made
for Writs of Execution for recovery of the tax and, if necessary,
these will be filed in the Supreme Court for recovery against the
property concerned.
