Council by section 8 of the Airports Board Act (Ch. 12) the
following Order is hereby made:
1. This Order may be cited as The Airports Board Act
Amendment) Order 1963.

2. The First Schedule to the Airports Board Act (Ch. 12) is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
"Airstrip West End, Grand Bahama".
3. The Airports Board Act (Amendment (No. 2) Order 1960
is hereby revoked.

Made Under
THE POST OFFICE ACT
(Chapter 250)
In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Governor in
Council by section 45 of the Post Office Act, the Governor in
Council hereby makes the following Rules:
O.G. 1949 pg. 89
1. These Rules may be cited as the Post Office Amendment
Rules 1963 and shall be read as one with the Post Office Rules
1948 (hereinafter referred to as the "principal Rules").
2. Rule 44 of the principal Rules is hereby amended by
adding at the end thereof the following new paragraphs:
"(d) Box rentals shall be paid annually in advance. Any
box rentals remaining unpaid after the 28th day of
February of the year in respect of which the same
are due shall be deemed to be in arrear and the
Postmaster shall have a right of action to recover
such box rentals without further demand.
(e) During the period from the said 28th day of
February to the 31st day of March of the same
year a person may be allowed to retain the box on
payment of the rental and of a penalty of 31. 0. 0.
(f) If the annual rental and penalty are not paid by
the said 31st day of March the right of the holder
to use the box shall cease and the Postmaster may
assign such box to any other person."

Made Under
THE SAVINGS BANK ACT
(Chapter 337)
In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 14
of The Savings Bank Act, the Governor in Council hereby makes
the following Rules:
O.G. 1947 pg. 291
1. These Rules may be cited as The Savings Bank Amend-
ment Rules 1963 and shall be read as one with The Savings Bank
Rules 1947 (hereinafter referred to as the "principal Rules").
2. Rule 38 of the principal Rules is hereby amended by
deleting the words "ten" and "thirty" wherever they appear there-
in and by substituting therefore the words "thirty" and "one hun-
dred" respectively.
Made by the Governor in Council this 19th day of January,
1963.
