Report of the Auditor to the members of Mutual United Bank of Bahamas Ltd.

I have examined the financial records of Mutual United Bank of Bahamas Ltd., Wulff Road, Nassau, Bahamas, at September 30, 1962, and I have obtained all
the information and explanations I have required. In my opinion, the accompanying balance sheet and related profit and loss account fairly present the financial position
of this Bank's affairs as at September 30, 1962, and the results of its operations for the year then ended, in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles
applied consistently.

December 8th, 1962. GEO. B. MILLER,
Certified Public Accountant (Ohio)
