In accordance with Section 31, sub-section 3 of the Road
Traffic Act 1958, an Inspection. of all Public Service Vehicles
will be held as follows at the Inspection Grounds of the Road
Traffic Department at Fort Charlotte commencing at 9:00 a.m.
each day:-
Monday, 1st October, 1962, to Saturday, 13th October,
1962 All Self-drive Cars and Self-drive Scooters.
Monday, 15th October, 1962, to Wednesday, 31st Octo-
ber, 1962 All Taxi-cabs, Tour Cars, Livery Cars and
Buses.
Operators of Public Service Vehicles should ensure in their
own interest that their vehicles conform to the requirements of
the law.
Failure by the owner to present any public service vehicle
for inspection constitutes an offence under the Road Traffic
Act 1958.

The proposed Registered User shall apply the Trade Marks
only to goods which have been prepared strictly in accordance
with the formulae and directions which have been supplied and
may from time to time be supplied to the proposed Registered
User by the Registered Proprietor, and shall strictly follow the
instructions and directions of the Registered Proprietor in respect
of the preparation, bottling, selling and distribution of the goods,
all of which shall be subject to the supervision and control of
the Registered Proprietor. The Registered Proprietor shall have
the right at any time to inspect the manufacture of all goods to
which the Trade Marks have been applied or are to be applied,
to take samples of and to inspect the said goods on the premises
of the proposed Registered User, as well as the facilities, equip-
ment and materials used in the preparation, bottling, selling and
distribution thereof.
The proposed permitted use is subject to the right of the
Registered Proprietor to terminate such permitted use upon
termination of the authorization contained in an Agreement of
Authorization heretofore entered into between the Registered
Proprietor and the proposed Registered User, and is otherwise
without limit of period.

(Chapter 365)
In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Governor in
Council by section 4 of the Pensions Act (Ch. 365) the following
Order is hereby made:










1. This Order may be cited as the Mabel Cordelia Walker
Pension Order 1962.
2. A reduced pension at the rate of Four Hundred and Fif-
teen Pounds Seven Shillings (415-7-0) per annum as from the
10th of September, 1962 together with a gratuity in the amount
of One Thousand Three Hundred and Eighty-four Pounds Ten
Shillings (1,384-10-0) are hereby granted to Mabel Cordelia
Walker.
