The Road Traffic Authority will meet in the Magistrate's

THE TARIFF ACT 1959
S In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Governor in
Council by section 9(1) of the Tariff Act 1959 the following Ordei
is hereby made:
1. This Order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Pine-
apple and Tomato) Order 1962.

2. The Duties of Customs on the under-mentioned articles
shall be as set out in the Maximum A Column of Part I of the
Second Schedule to the Tariff Act:
(a) Under paragraph 27:
Pineapple juice, crushed pineapple
(b) Under paragraph 37:
Whole peeled tomatoes.
3. The Increases of Customs Duties Order 1962 is hereby
revoked in so far as it concerns pineapple juice, crushed pine-
apple and whole peeled tomatoes.
