Made Under
THE SUPREME COURT ACT
In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Chief Justice
under section 41 of The Supreme Court Act (Chapter 54) the fol-
lowing Rules are hereby made:-
Short title
1. These Rules may be cited as "The Rules of the Supreme
X Court, 1962"

Revocation of former Rules
2. The Rules of the Supreme Court made on the 28th day
of February, 1899, which came into force on the 17th day of
April, 1899, are hereby revoked, such revocation to take effect as
and from the date when The Rules of the Supreme Court, 1961
came into force.
Dated the 22nd day of February, 1962.
