It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor in Coun-

OPENING OF THE LEGISLATURE BY HIS EXCEL-
LENCY THE GOVERNOR, AT 11.00 A.M. ON THURSDAY
18th JANUARY, 1962.
BAY STREET between EAST STREET and PARLIAMENT
STREET will be closed to traffic from 10.30 a.m. Thursday 18th
January, 1962 until after His Excellency the Governor has de-
parted and the Guard of Honour marched off.
For the duration of this period EAST STREET between
BAY and SHIRLEY STREETS will be open to South Bound
Traffic only. EAST STREET SLIP and SHIRLEY STREET
between EAST STREET and PARLIAMENT STREET will be
open to two-way traffic.
West Bound Traffic will proceed by EAST STREET, SHIR-
LEY and, PARLIAMENT STREET to BAY STREET.
From 7 a.m. until after the ceremony is over, no parking
will be allowed on that portion of EAST STREET between BAY
& SHIRLEY STREETS and EAST STREET SLIP.

Bahama Islands and as an Officer of the Company I have been
duly authorised by a resolution passed at a meeting of the Direc-
tors held on the 29th day of June, 1961 to swear affidavits, give
