NOTICE TO MARINERS
NASSAU HARBOUR
Dredging operations are being carried out at the eastern end
of the Turning Basin and north of Union Wharf in Nassau Har-
bour.
Spoil from this operation will for the time being be deposited
in the Harbour to the east of the Dredger. The area in question
will be buoyed and lighted. Vessels should navigate with cau-
tion and proceed at a slow speed when in the vicinity.
When operations have been completed north of Union Wharf,
dredging operations will commence at the western end of the
Turning Basin and a pipeline will be run from the north side of
the Entrance Channel to the shore on the south side of Hog
Island.
Vessels should accordingly keep to the main Entrance Chan-
nel and should not under any circumstances pass between the
dredger and Hog Island.

SPECIAL PENSION AND GRATUITY ACT 1961
(No. 67 of 1961)
In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Governor in
Council by Section 2 of The Kenneth Raymond Ingraham Special
Pension and Gratuity Act 1961, the following order is hereby
( made:

1. This Order may be cited as The Kenneth Raymond
Ingraham Special Pension and Gratuity Order, 1962.
2. A pension at the rate of Two Thousand and Ten Pounds
(k2,010.0.0) per annum together with a gratuity of Six Thousand
and Seven Hundred Pounds (6,700.0.0.) is hereby granted to
Kenneth Raymond Ingraham as from the 2nd August, 1961.
3. The pension and gratuity granted by this Order shall be
in satisfaction of and in substitution for any right, title, interest
or claim to or in any pension of gratuity which he now has or
may have under any other Act.
4. The Kenneth Raymond Ingraham Pension Order 1961 is
hereby revoked.
