TOWN PLANNING ACT 1959.

1. The public is hereby notified that the Town Planning Committee has under consideration a proposal to recommend
to the Governor in Council under section 4(2) of the Town Planning Act 1959 that no new buildings shall be permitted for the
purpose set out in the First Schedule hereto within that area of land shewn within dotted lines upon the plan appearing in the
Second Schedule hereto.
2. Persons wishing to object to the proposed restrictions are invited to submit their objections in writing to the Town Plan-
ning Officer, P. O. Box 156, Nassau, on or before the 28th day of January, 1961. Objections not received on or before the said
date will not be considered.
3. The Town Planning Committee will fix a date for hearing any objections submitted within the time specified in the last
preceding paragraph and the objectors will be notified of such date. Every such objector shall be entitled to be heard in per-
son or by counsel.
