on instructions received from the Right Honourable the Secre-
tary of State for the Colonies, has been pleased to recognize
Senora Alma Luz Carrillo de Quick, provisionally, as Honorary
Consul of Guatemala at Nassau pending the issue of Her Ma-
jesty's Exequatur.

September, 1959, it is hereby notified that the Exequatur em-
powering Mr. John C. Doyle to act as Honorary Consul of Panama

OLD AGE PENSIONERS
Old Age Pensioners residing in the vicinity of Sandilands are
advised that their pensions for the month of February, 1960 will
be paid at the Jungle Club, Fox Hill, on Friday the 4th March,
1960, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
2. Other Old Age Pensioners are advised that pension for
the month of February, 1960 will be paid at the British Legion
Hall on Blue Hill Road on Monday the 29th February, Tuesday
the 1st March, Wednesday the 2nd March and Thursday the 3rd
March, 1960.
3. Pensioners whose surnames begin with the letters A E
should attend on Monday, those whose surnames begin with the
letters F M on Tuesday, those whose surnames begin with the
letters N S on Wednesday and those whose surnames begin
with the letters T Z on Thursday.
4. Old Age Pensions will not be paid at the Treasury on
Saturday the 5th March, 1960.

WATER AND SEWERAGE BILLS
Will all persons who paid Water and Sewerage bills at the
Public Treasury on Friday, 19th February, 1960, please inform
the Cashier, Public Treasury (Telephone 2139 or 2411) of the
amounts paid and the numbers of the receipts.
Some of the receipt counterfoils have been mislaid or re-
moved by some unauthorised person and it is important that the
above information should be presented as soon as possible in order
to avoid disconnections.
