WHEREAS by Notice No. 286 dated the 19th day of De-
cember, 1959, and published in the Official Gazette dated the 19th
day of December, 1959 the Governor in Council declared that it
was his intention on behalf of the Promoters the Board of Educa-
tion to acquire the land described in the Schedule hereto
AND WHEREAS His Excellency the Governor is of the
opinion that possession of the selected land should be obtained
by the Promoters before payment is made to the rightful claimant
to the property described in the Scehdule hereto
NOW THEREFORE it is hereby declared that the selected
land has been appropriated by The Promoters for the purpose

Tenders are invited from Bona-fide Contractors for construc-
tion of roads in central and southern Cat Island.

the Colonial Air Navigation Order, 1955, the Governor hereby
orders as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Customs
Airports) Amendment (No. 4) Order, 1959.

2. The Schedule to the Air Navigation (Customs Airports)
Order, 1956, is hereby amended by adding thereto the words
"Twin Lakes Farms: Landplane".
3. This Order shall come into effect on the 1st day of De-
cember, 1959, and shall remain in force until the 30th day of April,
1960.
