Probate of the Will of the aforesaid Herbert Lawrence Malcolm,
granted to Patricia E. Malcolm and Broward National Bank of
Fort Lauderdale, the Executors named in the Will by the County
Court Judge of Broward County, State of Florida, United States
of America, on the 5th day of February, 1959. The said Broward
National Bank of Fort Lauderdale having since renounced all
their right and title to the resealing of the Probate of the Will
of the said deceased within the said Bahama Islands.

CHEST WING PRINCESS MARGARET HOSPITAL
Tenders are invited for the construction of a three-storey
Chest Wing addition to the Princess Margaret Hospital.
Contract documents and drawings can be obtained by per-

Bahama Islands acting for and on behalf of the Government of the
Bahama Islands of the one part And The Grand Bahama Port Au-
thority Limited, of the other part, made under the authority of
The Hawksbill Creek, Grand Bahama (Deep Water Harbour and
Industrial Area) Act (Chapter 177 of the Statute Law of the Ba-
hama Islands 1957) is published for general information.

Made in pursuance of an agreement dated the 4th day of Au-

der-in-Chief in and over the Bahama Islands acting for and on
behalf of the Government of the Bahama Islands of the one part
And The Grand Bahama Port Authority Limited, of the other part,
made under the authority of The Hawksbill Creek, Grand Bahama
(Deep Water Harbour and Industrial Area) Act (Chapter 177 of the
Statute Law of the Bahama Islands 1957).
WHEREAS under the provisions of paragraph (b) of sub-
clause (13) of Clause 1 of the said Agreement recorded in the
Registry of Records of the Colony in Book 8 (New Series) at pages
447 to 479 The Grand Bahama Port Authority, Limited conven-
antel4 'as-foaows:-
To supply the Colonial Secretary within Three years arid Six
months from the date of the said agreement with proper survey
plans of:- 1
Fifty-thousand acres of Crown Land, Eighty acres of
land purchased from private owners, and such parts of Four-
teen hundred and Twenty acres of land as shall have been
purchased by the Port Authority from private owners with-
in Three years from the date of the said Agreement.
AND WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of paragraph
(b) of sub-clause (13) of Clause 1 of the said Agreement The Grand
Bahama Port Authority Limited, on the 30th day of October,
1958 supplied the Colonial Secretary with a proper survey plan
of Twerrty-six thousand Three hundred and Eighteen acres being
a; part of the said Fifty thousand acres of Crown Land.
NOW THEREFORE pursuant to the provisions of sub-clause
(18) of Clause 2 of the said Agreement the Governor by and with
the advice of the Executive Council hereby declares that the
said land delineated on such survey plan to be a part of the Port
Area within the meaning of the said Agreement.
1. This Order shall be cited as the Hawksbill Creek Grand
Bahama (Deep Water Harbour and Industrial Area) Port Area
No. 3 Order 1959.
2. This Order shall be deemed to come into force on the
date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

ORDER IN COUNCIL
Made Under
THE TOWN PLANNING ACT
(Chapter 257)
In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 2
of the Town Planning Act the Governor in Council hereby makes
the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Town Planning Zoning
Order, 1959.
2. It is hereby ordered with effect from the date of the
coming into operation of this Order that building upon that area
of land described in the Schedule to this Order will be permitted
only for use as dwelling houses and purposes incidental to the
use of dwelling houses.
3. For the purposes of this Order the term "dwelling houses"
shall exclude apartment houses, hotels and other multiple unit
buildings.
4. This Order shall come into effect on the date of its pub-
lication in the Gazette.

SCHEDULE
All that area of land situate in the Eastern District of the
Island of New Providence, the boundaries of which commence
at a point where the north-eastern boundary of the property, now
known as the Royal Nassau Sailing Club, when projected north-
east meets the low water mark of ordinary tides thence south-
easterly following the line of the low water mark of ordinary tides
to East End Point, thence following low water mark in a south-
erly direction to a point east of the East End Light, thence in
a westerly direction to the centre of East Bay Street. From this
point at right angles to the centre line of East Bay Street 500 feet
in a westerly direction, thence along an imaginary line 500 feet
from the centre of East Bay Street to the point where this
imaginary line cuts the centre of Village Road. From this point
north-easterly along the centre of Village Road to the centre line
of Shirley Street, thence along the centre of Shirley Street to a
point where the north-western boundary of the property, now
known as the Royal Nassau Sailing Club, projected to the west
meets the centre line of East Bay Street.
