In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Governor-in-
Council by Section 4 of the Pensions Act the following Order is
hereby made:-
1. This Order may be cited as the Sybil Russell Backford
Pension Order 1959.

2. A reduced pension at the rate of One Hundred and
Thirty-five Pounds Sixteen Shillings and Three Pence (135-16-3)
per annum as from the 2nd May, 1959, together with a Gratuity
in the amount of Four Hundred and Fifty-two Pounds Fourteen
Shillings and Two Pence (452-14-2) are hereby granted to Sybil
Russell Backford.
