rine Products Board Act (Chapter 239) are published for general
information.

Made Under
THE AGRICULTURAL AND MARINE PRODUCTS BOARD
ACT
(Ch. 239)
In exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section
4 of the Agricultural and Marine Products Board Act (Ch. 239)
the Board with the approval of the Governor in Council hereby
make the following Rules:

1. These Rules may be cited as the Marine Products (Fish-
eries) Amendment Rules 1959.
2. The Marine Products (Fisheries) Rules 1954 are hereby
amended by deleting therefrom Rule 29 and substituting therefore
the following:
"29. No person shall take or capture by means of a net
on behalf of himself or any other person any bone fish
within the waters of the Colony. Provided that any person
might take or capture on behalf of himself or any other
person by means of a net which has a minimum stretched
mesh of three inches measured from the inner end of one
knot to the inner end of the other, in that body of water
in Deadman's Cay Sound bounded on the Southeast by an
imaginary line extending in a Southwesterly direction from
the Government warehouse at Junkers Landing to Burrow's
Cay Haulover, to the East and West by the main land of
Long Island and to the North and West by an imaginary
line extending in a Westerly direction from Fowl Cay to
Little Turtle Rock and thence in a Southerly direction to
the western end of Sandy Cay, Long Island."
3. The Marine Products (Fisheries) Rules 1954 are hereby
amended by adding to rule 30 the following sub-rule.
"(4) No person shall engage in any spear fishing tourna-
ment or competition within the waters of the Colony."

cations Board by section 29(1) of The Telecommunications Act
the following Rules are with the approval of the Governor in
Council hereby made:






1. These Rules may be cited as the Telephone Rates (Sur-
charge) Rules 1959.
2. The Telephone Rates (Surcharge) Rules 1953 are hereby
revoked.
