It is hereby notified that Her Majesty the Queen has ap-
proved the observance of Her birthday on Saturday the 13th
June this year, and that that day will be observed as a Public
Holiday in accordance with Section 3 of the Public Holidays
Act (Chapter 270).

Made Under
THE CUSTOMS REGULATIONS ACT
(Chapter 153)
In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Governor in
Council by section 3 of the Customs Regulations Act, the follow-
ing Order is hereby made:








1. This Order may be cited as the Customs Regulations
(Sufferance Wharf) Order, 1959.
2. The Customs Regulations (Sufferance Wharf) Order, 1958
is hereby revoked.
