WATER SERVICE CABLE BEACH AREA
Due to the erection of a new and larger elevated reservoir
required for the hotel development in the area, consumers of
City Water in the Cable Beach Area will experience very low
pressure at times for about another week from the date of this
notice. In many cases water may not gravitate to the upper floors
of buildings particularly those at any distance from West Bay
Street, The Public Works Department has done everything pos-
sible to reduce this inconvenience but can only alleviate the
trouble by the early completion of the new reservoir. This is
being pursued with the utmost effort.
By Order,
R. G. RAE,
Director of Public Works,
