PUBLIC EXAMINATION OF BANKRUPT
Take notice that in consequence of the failure of the creditors
in this bankruptcy to appoint a trustee and a Committee of
inspection as required by Section 12 of the Act, the Court has.
decided, in the interests of the bankrupt, to carry on the bank-
ruptcy with the aid of the Registrar as trustee in accordance with
Section 66.
The Court has appointed the public examination of the bank-
rupt to take place in the Supreme Court Room on Saturday, the
twenty-first day of July at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon.
Creditors who have not yet proved their debts must forward
their proofs of debts to the trustee, and all debts due to the
bankrupt must be paid to the trustee.

THE PENSIONS ACT
(Ch. 28 of 1952)
In exercise of the power conferred upon the Governor-in-
Council by Section 4 of the Pensions Act, the following Order is
hereby made:

1. This Order may be cited as the Reginald Alexander
Erskine-Lindop Pension Order 1956.
2. A Pension at the rate of Sixty One Pounds and Five
Shillings (61. 5. 0.) per annum is hereby granted to Reginald
Alexander Erskine-Lindop as from the 17th May, 1956.
Ordered in Council this fifth day of July, 1956.
