AUTOMOBILE SERVICE STATION CONCESSION
WINDSOR FIELD
The Airports Board invites tenders for a Service Station
Concession at Windsor Field. This concession includes permission
to sell motor gasoline and lubricants and to provide a general
automobile service station at Windsor Field.
Building No. 658 has been set aside for this purpose and
may be purchased by tender. An area of land around the Building
will be leased at the rate of 60 per annum.
In addition to an offer for the purchase of the Building and
the agreement to lease the land for this purpose, a concession
fee will be required; therefore tenders should state the price
offered for the Building and also the concession fee shown as
two separate items.
Further information may be obtained on application to the
Director of Civil Aviation, Oakes Field between the hours 9:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday each week.
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.

WHEREAS Honourable Harry Pickard Sands, M.E.C., of the
City of Nassau in the Island of New Providence, Barrister-at-Law,
Attorney for the Administrator has made application to the Chief
Justice of the Supreme Court of the Bahama Islands for letters
of Administration of the real and personal estates of Veuve Marie
Clotilde Josephine Victorine Augler nee Queyras, late of La
Roche-de-Rame, Republic of France, Widow, deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given that such application will be heard
by the said Chief Justice-at the expiration of fourteen days from
the date hereof.

of the Rules made under The Trade Marks Act, notice in the
forms 14 and 15 as prescribed by the said Rules has been sent
to The Honourable H. P. Sands, of Nassau, Bahamas Agent for
Winthrop Chemical Co., Ltd. of 117, Hudson Street, City of
New York, U.S.A., the registered proprietors of the undermen-
tioned Trade Mark:- No. 631 in Class 3, the registration of
which expired on the 17th day of April, 1928, and in accordance
with Rule 70 of the said Rules, notice is hereby given that the

Civil Aviation Department,
Oakes International Airport,
Nassau, N.P.
Applications are invited for the post of Air Traffic Control
Officer with the Civil Aviation Department.
Applicants should be not less than twenty one years of age
and preferably not more than thirty years of age. They should
be medically fit and have passed the Overseas School Certificate
or its equivalent examination.
Successful applicants will be paid a salary of 462 Os. Od.
per annum for a minimum of three months while under training
and probation and a salary of 600 per annum rising by incre-
ments to a maximum of 791 per annum thereafter. They will
be required to complete not less than nine months satisfactory
service as assistant to a qualified Air Traffic Controller before
qualifying for a Licence.
Applications should be addressed to the Director of Civil
Aviation P. O. Box 975, Nassau.

60) are published for general information.

REGULATIONS
Made Under
THE PENAL CODE
(CH. 60).
In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Governor in
Council by section 231 (2) of the Penal Code (Chapter 60) the
following Regulations are hereby made:
X 1. These Regulations may be cited as The Street Traffic
S(North Bimini) Regulations 1956.

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of The Street Traffic
Regulations 1950, all traffic by motor vehicles of any description
other than motor vehicles with engines fitted with governors to
restrict the speed of such vehicles to a maximum speed of 20
miles per hour and listed in the Schedule hereto, is hereby
prohibited upon or over any public highway in the island of
North Bimini.
3. The Street Traffic (Bimini) Regulations 1951 are hereby
revoked.

SCHEDULE
One motor tug with trailers not exceeding three in number.
Two garbage trucks.
One truck used for the transportation of passengers and freight.
One fire engine.
Made by the Governor in Council this 21st day of April, 1956.
