RESTAURANT CONCESSION
WINDSOR FIELD
The Airports Board takes pleasure in announcing that a fully
airconditioned restaurant on the Second Floor overlooking the
passenger arrival side of the Airport has been provided in the
Main Terminal Building at Windsor Field. The rental rate for
the Restaurant area which is 1792 sq. ft. and the kitchen which is
1441 sq. ft. will be 3,278 12s. Od. per annum. The Restaurant
will be let as a concession at Windsor Field and the Airports
Board invites tenders for this concession which will be an amount
over and above the rental rate. Tenders should be in sealed
envelopes addressed to the Director of Civil Aviation and marked
"Restaurant Concession Windsor Field" and should reach his
office not later than noon on Wednesday, 25th April, 1956. Any
further information required may be obtained from the office
of the Director of Civil Aviation between the hours 9:00 a.m. and
5:00 p.m. daily except Sundays.

WINDSOR FIELD TERMINAL BUILDING
The Airports Board takes pleasure in announcing that there
will be space provided in the Main Terminal Building at Windsor
Field to be used for the sale of merchandise and/or office space.
It should be noted that a ready-made market will be provided
through this gateway and should prove a valuable business in-
vestment.
The Airports Board will accept applications up to noon on
Thursday, 26th April, 1956 for any of the areas set out below,
in a sealed envelope addressed to the Director of Civil Aviation,
Oakes Field and marked "OFFICE SPACE OR SHOP SPACE
WINDSOR FIELD". The areas that will be available are all on
the ground floor in the Main Terminal Building at Windsor Field
and are divided as follows:-
