WHEREAS Prince Albert Deveaux, Jr., of the Southern
District in the Island of New Providence, has made application
to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Bahama Islands
for letters of Administration of the real and personal estates of
Prince Albert Deveaux, late of the Southern District, New Provi-
dence, Bahamas, deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given that such application will be heard
by the said Chief Justice at the expiration of fourteen days from
the date hereof.

TENDER NOTICE
Tenders are invited for the purchase of one Morris Cowley
pickup truck.
Morris Cowley truck is in damaged condition and can be
inspected at Malcolm's Garage, East Bay Street, Nassau.
Sealed tenders endorsed purchase of pickup truck must be
delivered to the undersigned before 12th April, 1956.

WATER SUPPLY TO SHIPS
The following revised water rates to ships will apply from
1st April, 1956:-
0 to 5000 gallons at 15/- per 1000 (1/6 per 100 gls.)
5000 to 10,000 gallons at 1 per 1000 (2/- per 100 gls.)
The service charge day or night is 16/-.
(a) Shipping agents, Masters, Engineers are advised that the
quantity of water supplied to any ship shall not exceed
10,000 gallons.
(b) Water will be supplied to ships from Prince George
Wharf, and Union Wharf from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
only. No water will be supplied during the working
hours, excepting small quantities under 500 gls.

Roland Werner Werneskog of Forserum, Sweden, for an inven-
tion in respect of "Improvements in or relating to Moulding Straw
Material", Letters Patent have been granted to the said Folke
Roland Werner Werneskog in accordance with the provisions
of The Patent Act.

PASSING OUT PARADE
At The
DEPOT AND TRAINING SCHOOL
9th April, 1956.
As parking space in the Police Depot and Training School
is limited, from 6:30 p.m. 8:30 p.m. on 9th March, 1956 (by
kind permission of the Postmaster) Cars may be parked in the
Grounds of the Old Prison, and along the road leading up to it
from East Street. The north side of Barracks Lane may also
be utilised.

TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with Rules 68 and 69 of
the Rules made under The Trade Marks Act, notice in the forms
14 and 15 as prescribed by the said Rules has been sent to
William Gossage & Sons, Limited, Bank Quay Works, Liverpool
Road, Warrington, Lancashire, England, the registered proprie-
tors of the undermentioned Trade Mark:- Nos. 632 and 633 in
Class 47 and 48, the registration of which expired on the 31st
day of March 1956, and in accordance with Rule 70 of the said
Rules, notice is hereby given that the renewal fee of the registra-
tion of the said Trade Marks has not been paid.
