Council by section 9(1) of the Tariff Act 1939 the following Order

1. This Order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Pre-
served Whole Tomatoes and Tomato Paste) Order 1956.









2. The duties of Customs on preserved whole tomatoes and
tomato paste shall be increased to the maximum as set out in
the maximum column of Part I of the Second Schedule to the
Tariff Act 1939.
3. The Customs Duties (Whole Tomatoes and Tomato
Paste) Order 1956 is hereby revoked.
