of the retention within the Colony of the title "Honourable" by Mr.
Frank Holmes Christie in recognition of his long and distinguished
service as a Member of the Executive Council.

Act (No. 28 of 1952) is published for general information.

ORDER IN COUNCIL
made under
THE PENSIONS ACT
(No. 28 of 1952).
In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Governor in
Council by section 4 of the Pensions Act, the following Order is
hereby made:
1. This Order may be cited as the Emily Elizabeth Dupuch
Pension Order, 1955.
2. A pension at the rate of Two hundred and Forty-
seven pounds Ten shillings (247-10-0) per annum is hereby
granted to Emily Elizabeth Dupuch as from the 1st day of
November, 1953.

(No. 52 of 1952)
In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Governor in
Council by section 4 of the Wild Birds Protection Act, the
following Order is hereby made:
1. This Order may be cited as the Wild Birds Protection Act
(Amendment) Order, 1955.
2. The' Schedule to the Wild Birds Protection Act 1952 is
hereby repealed and replaced as follows: -
