cuit Magistrate with effect from the 9th May, 1955-M.P.P.859.
Inspector Bernard Jonathan Nottage to be Assistant Superinten-
dent of Police with effect from the 7th May, 1955--M.P.P.788.
Mr. liarcourt Gibson to be a Justice of the Peace for Savannah
Sound, Eleuthera.
Mr. Reginald Hubert Hall to be a Justice of the Peace for Pal-

Tenders are invited by the Civil Aviation Department for
the purchase of the following items:-
1 Electric Motor and Pump
1 % ton Pick-up Fargo Truck..
These items are now open for inspection in the Maintenance
Compound at Oakes Airport between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday through Fridays and 9 a.m. to 12 noon on Saturdays and
may be seen cn application to the Maintenance Superintendent
whose office is located near the entrance to the Maintenance
Compound.
All tenders should be enclosed in envelopes properly sealed
and marked "TENDER FOR TRUCK and ELECTRIC PUMP" and
submitted to the office of the Director of Civil Aviation, Oakes
International Airport, P.O. Box 975, Nassau, not later than noon
Saturday the 21st May, 1955.
The above items must be removed from the airport within
14 days from the date of purchase.
The right is reserved to reject any or all tenders.

The sub-joined Regulations made under The Penal Code
(Chapter 60) are published for general information.

REGULATIONS
Made Under
THE PENAL CODE
(CH. 60).
In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 231
of the Penal Code the Governor-in-Council hereby makes the
following Regulations:
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Street Traffic
Amendment Regulations 1955.
2. The Street Traffic Regulations 1950 are hereby amended
by deleting from Regulation 9(1) the letter and words "(f)
Deveaux Street" and renumbering sub-regulations 9(1) (g), 9(1)









(h) and 9(1) (i) as sub-regulations 9(1) (f), 9(1) (g) and 9(1)
(h) respectively.
3. The Schedule to the Street Traffic Regulations 1950 is
hereby amended by adding thereto at the end thereof the follow-
ing:
"hh. MACKEY STREET
From Shirley Street to Bay Street, East side"
"ii. DILLET STREET
From Blue Hill Road to Augusta Street, North side"
4. These Regulations shall come into force on the 16th day
of May, 1955.
