TREASURY NOTICE
REDEMPTION 1924 HOTEL LOAN DEBENTURES
Holders of debentures issued under the 1924 Hotel Loan
Act are notified that repayments will commence at the Public
Treasury from June 1, 1955, onwards. Payment of the principal
and interest due will be made upon surrender of the debenture
forms.
These debentures were issued during the period 1924 to 1929
and fall due at various dates during the period 1956 to 1959. In
view of this, owners are advised that the due date is normally
30 years from the date at the head of each form, unless the
debentures bear special endorsements.
Interest payments will cease from the due date of each
debenture.

The Public is hereby notified that in accordance with the
powers vested in them under the Naming of New Providence
Streets Act 1933, the Public Board of Works, N.P. have authorised
the changing of the name of the road extending from Gladstone
Road on the West to the Eastein boundary or High Tor on the
East formerly un-named and now to be called Sandford Drive.
The change of name shall come into force one month after
the first publication of this notice.

powers vested in them under the Naming of New Providence
Streets Act 1933, the Public Board of Works, N.P. have authorised
the changing of the name of the road extending from Shirley
Street on the South to East Bay Street on the North formerly
known as West Cemetery Lane to Moseley Lane.
The change of name shall come into force one month after
the first publication of this notice.
