BICYCLE LICENCES
The inspection and licensing of BICYCLES will be undertaken
at Fort Charlotte from Monday, April 18. Hours: 9 a.m. to 2
p.m. Monday to Fridays, and 9 a m. to 12 noon Saturdays.
All bicycles must be licensed by May 31 after which date
owners of unlicensed bicycles will be prosecuted.

Pension (No. 3) Order 1955.
2. A pension at the rate of Two hundred and Fiftytwo pounds
Twelve shillings and Nine pence (252. 12. 9.) per annum is
hereby granted to Randall Albert Russell as from the 24th day
of July, 1953.
3. The pension granted by this Order shall be in 'addition to
and not in substitution for the pension granted under the Pensions
Act 1952.
4. The Randall Albert Russell Pension (No.2) Order 1953 is
hereby repealed and replaced.

and not in substitution for the pensions granted under the
Pensions Act 1952 and the Randall Albert Russell Pension Act
1952.
