It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor has
approved the grant of the Colonial Police and Fire Brigade Long
Service Medal to Inspertor B. J. Nottage and Inspector G. W.
Knowles of the Bahamas Police Force in recognition of their 18
years exemplary service in the Force.

(Ch. 26 of 1939)
In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Governor-in-
Council by section 9(1) of the Tariff Act 1939, the following Order
is hereby made:-
1. This Order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Pine-
apple Juice) Order 1955.

2. The duties of Customs on pineapple juice shall be in-
creased to the maximum as set out in the maximum column of
Part I of the Second Schedule to the Tariff Act, 1939 in respect of
item 19.

In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Governor in
Council by Section 3 of the Children and Young Persons Act,
1947, the following Order is hereby made:
1. This Order may be cited as the Children and Young Per-
sons (Juvenile Courts Panel) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1955.
2. The Schedule to the Children and Young Persons (Juvenile
Courts Panel) Order 1955, is hereby amended by deleting the
name of "Mrs. Trevor Kelly, M.B.E." and substituting in lieu
thereof the name of "Mrs. Cyril Knowles".
