The subjoined Order made under Article 55 of the Colonial Air Navigation
Order, 1949, is published for general information.
ARTICLE 55 OF THE COLONIAL AIR NAVIGATION ORDER, 1949.
In exercise of the powers vested in him by Article 55(1) of the Colonial
Air Navigation Order, 1949, the Governor hereby orders as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Customs Airports)
(Amendment) Order, 1955.
2. The airstrip at Mastic Point, Andros owned by one W. F. Parker, Jr.,
is hereby designated as a Customs Airport exclusively for a Twin Beach air-
craft United States registration number N 65630 and Gruman Duck aircraft,
United States registration number N 39603, for the period that such aircraft
are used exclusively for the purpose of transporting fruit and vegetables
grown on Mr. Parker's farm at Mastic Point, Andros from the said airstrip
to the State of Florida in the United States of America, or for a period of
twelve months from the date hereof whichever shall be the shorter.
Made at Nassau this 5th day of February, 1955.

Act (Ch. 130) is published for general information.
ORDER IN COUNCIL
THE CUSTOMS REGULATIONS ACT
In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Governor in Council by sec-
tion 2 of the Customs Regulations Act the following Order is hereby made:
1. This Order may be cited as the Ports of Entry (Amendment) Order,
2. The Ports of Entry (Amendment) Order, 1952 is hereby amended by
adding to the Schedule thereto the following:
"Nicolls' Town, Andros".
