The sub-joined Order in Council made under the Milton Henry
Cleare Pension Act 1954 (No. 63 of 1954) is published for general
information.

ORDER IN COUNCIL
MADE UNDER
THE MILTON HENRY CLEAR PENSION ACT 1954
(No. 63 of 1954)
In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Governor in Coun-
cil by Section 2 of the Milton Henry Cleare Pension Act 1954 the
following Order is hereby made:
1. This Order may be cited as the Milton Henry Cleare Pension
(No. 2) Order 1954.
2. A pension at the rate of Three Hundred and Sixty-Three
Pounds (363) per annum is hereby granted to Milton Henry Cleare
as from the 22nd July, 1954.
3. The pension granted by this Order shall be in satisfaction
of and in subtitution for any rights, title, interest or claim to or
in any pension or gratuity which he now has or may have under
any other Act.
Ordered in Council this 14th day of October, 1954.
