In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Governor in Coun-
cil by Sections 4 and 7 of the Pensions Act, the following Order is
hereby made:
1. This Orler may be cited as the Horatio Alexander Bartlett
Pension Order 1954.
2. A pension at the rate of Six hundred and Nineteen Pounds
Eight Shillings and Tenpence (619. 8. 10.) per annum is hereby
granted to Horatio Alexander Bartlett as from the 28th day of July,
1952
3. The Horatio Alexander Bartlett Pension Order of 1952 is
hereby revoked.

ORDER IN COUNCIL
MADE UNDER
THE HERMAN PYFROM PENSION ACT 1953.
(No. 18 of 1953)

In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Governor in Coun-
cil by section 2 of the Herman Pyfrom Pension Act 1953, the follow-
ing Order is hereby made:
1. This Order may be cited as the Herman Pyfrom Pension
(No. 2) Order 1954.
2. A pension at the rate of One hundred and six pounds Eighteen
shillings and Ten pence (106. 18. 10.) per annum is hereby granted
to Herman Pyfrom as from the 30th April, 1953.
3. The Herman Pyfrom Pension (No. 2) Order 1953 is hereby
revoked.
