NOTICE TO MARINERS

A flashing beacon has been erected on the Northern end of Crab
Cay, which is a low Cay off Angel Fish Point, on Great Abaco Island.
The light flashes every 5 seconds, or 12 times per minute and
is visible up to eight miles in clear weather.

ADMINISTRATION OF ROUMANIAN PROPERTY

Notice has been received that in terms of the Treaty of Peacw
with Roumania, Roumanian assets in the hands of Custodians of
Enemy Property throughout the British Empire will be distributed
to claimants on a basis of equality with the United Kingdom.
Persons entitled to claim are Citizens of the United Kingdom,
the Colonies and British protected persons.
Claimants must have been British Subjects, -
(a) When the claim originally fell due, and
(b) On 15th September, 1947.
Claims comprise sums due to persons defined above, by th.'
Roumanian Government, Roumanian Nationals and Roumaniai.
Companies which -
(a) Fell due on or after 15th February, 1935 and
(b) Were outstanding on 15th September, 1947.
Claimants are requested to furnish me with particulars of theii
claims not later than 11th September, 1954.
Fuller information will be given to any claimant on personal
application to the undersigned.

(No. 28 of 1952) is published for general information.

ORDER IN COUNCIL
MADE UNDER
THE PENSIONS ACT
(No. 28 of 1952).
In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Governor in Coun-
cil by section 4 of the Pensions Act, the following Order is hereby
made:
1. This Order may be cited as the Mary Ida Anderson Pension
Order, 1954.
2. A pension at the rate of Three Hundred and Ninety-eight
Pounds Twelve Shillings and Three Pence (398. 12. 3.) per annum
is hereby granted to Mary Ida Anderson as from the 1st day of
September, 1954.
Ordered in Council this 16th day of August, 1954.
