NO. 43. His Excellency the Governor has approved the following
appointment:-
Mr. K. G. L. Isaacs to be a Justice of the Peace for the Island
of New Providence with effect from the 22nd March, 1954.

NO. 44. The following staff movements are notified for general
information:-
Mr. K. G. L. Isaacs, Acting Sti endiary and Circuit Magistrate,
ceases to act in this post with effect from the 22nd March, 1954.

Mr. H. W. Evans, Stipendiary and Circuit Magistrate and Coroner,
arrived in the Colony on the 12th March and assumes the duties
of his office with effect from the 22nd March, 1954.

ruary, 1954, it is hereby notified that, during the temporary absence
from New Providence of His Excellency the Governor on a visit to
Bimini and Cat Cay, from the 13th to 15th March, 1954, the IIon-
ourable A. G. H. Gardner-Brown, M.E.C., Colonial Secretary, acted
as His Excellency's Deputy.
