Bids should be made in writing enclosed in a sealed envelope
addressed to Commissioner of Police. Envelope marked on the
outside "Bid for kerosine stoves".
The Commissioner of Police does not bind himself to accept
the highest bid.
The successful bidder will be required to pay in the Public Trea-
sury the amount of his bid in cash or by means of a certified bank
cheque and remove the sLoves from Barracks yard with 48 hours.
