It is hereby notified that the Extquatur empowering Monsieur
Robert Victor to act as Consul of France at Port of Spain for Trini-
dad and Tobago, Jamaica, Barbados, the Windward Islands, Leeward
Islands, Bahamas, Bermuda, British Guiana and British Honduras
was signed on the 14th December, 1952.
The foregoing Notices numbered 14 and 15 are published by
