granted must be constructed
in accordance with the ap-

for Permits are obtainable free
of charge from the Clerk to
the Board of Works, Public
Works Department, Nassau
Court.
Failure to comply with the
Regulations is an offence
against the La w and will be
treated as such.

to and from Oakes' Airport are
reminded that under Secti n 11
of the Bahamas Airport Rules,
1952, it is necessary to obtain
a permit from the Director of
Civil Aviation. Permits f r the
year of 1954 will be issued up
to and including the 14th day
of January, 1954, and operat-rs
of vehicles must obtain a permit
during this peri d.
Any driver of a vehicle found
operating for hire and reward
after the 14th January, 1954
without a permit will be dealt
with under Section IV of these
Rules.
