THE ACQUISITION OF LAND
ACT (Ch. 265)

WHEREAS it appears to His
Excellency the Governor ir.
Council that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is re-
quired for a public purpose
NOW THEREFORE it is hereby
notified that it is the intention
of His Excellency the Governor
in Council to acauire the said
land for a public purpose, to
wit: for the purpose of accom-
modating a Telecommunica-
tions installation at Cooper's
Tnwn, Abaco.
All persons interested in the
said land shall within 30 days
of the publication of this no-
tice state in writing to the Co-
lonial Secretary of the Colony
the nature of their respective
interests in the land and the
amount and particulars of their
claim to compensation for
such interests.
SCHEDULE
All that lot piece or parcel
of land situate at Cooper's


Town in the Island of Abaco
and having boundaries and
measurements as follows:
On the North bounded by a
Public Road and running
thereon fifty feet (50 ft.) on the
East bounded by land of Mar-
tin Murray and Jeremiah Rus-
sell and running thereon One
Hundred feet (100 ft.) on the
South bounded by land of
George Pinder and running
thereon fifty feet (50 ft.) and
on the West bounded by land
of Samuel Cooper and running
thereon one hundred feet (100
ft.).
