VACANT POSTS OF LEGAL CADET, MINISTRY OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND LEGAL AFFAIRS

APPLICATIONS are invited from suitably qualified persons for appointment to vacant posts of Legal Cadet, Ministry of the
Attorney General and Legal Affairs.

2. The posts are pensionable and carry salary in Pay Range 40: $475-$675 per month.

3. Candidates must be in possession of a certificate of having passed the Bar Finals Examination as a Barrister-at-
Law in England and having been called to the Bar in England, and should be able to produce evidence (as furnished by
the Registrar and Marshal of the High Court) of having been admitted to practise as a Barrister-at-Law in Trinidad and
Tobago.

4. Only applications received in response to this advertisement will be considered.

5. Further particulars of the post and the prescribed application form are obtainable from the Director of Personnel
Administration, Service Commissions Department, Red House, Port-of-Spain, to whom applications should be submitted

AND SEWERAGE AUTHORITY

TENDERS are invited for the supply of the following items to the Water and Sewerage Authority:-
(a) Asbestos Cement Pipes
(b) Cast Iron Fittings for Asbestos Cement Pipes
(c) Spun Iron Pipes and Fittings
(d) Mild Steel Tubes and Fittings
(e) Valves and Hydrants.

Tenders may be submitted for any or all of the items as separate contracts may be awarded. Full information with literature
where applicable must be supplied.

2. Detailed specifications, quantities required and terms and conditions are obtainable from the Central Tenders Board's
Office, 31, St. Vincent Street, Port-of-Spain, during normal working hours.

Any further information may be obtained from the Chief Supplies Officer, Water and Sewerage Authority, Valsayn, St. Joseph,
during normal working hours.

3. A firm duty paid price which must include delivery to the Authority's Main Stores at Mucurapo and which must be in
Trinidad and Tobago Currency and a firm delivery period must be given for each of the items.

4. Prospective tenderers are required to pay to the Cashier, Waver and Sewerage Authority, a Tender Deposit of $50.00 and
attach the receipt to their tenders.

5. Each tender must be accompanied by the usual Income Tax Certificate not more than 6 months old.

6. The successful tenderer will be required to pay a Cash Performance Deposit of between $500 and $1,000 depending on the
value of the contract within seven (7) days of the award for the proper performance of the contract.

7. Refunds of deposits will be made under the usual conditions.

8. Sealed tenders willbc received up to 4 p.m. on Friday, 4th July, 1969, and must be addressed to the Director of Contracts,
Central Tenders Board, 31, St. Vincent Street, Port of Spain. Envelopes must be marked "Tenders--Supply of Pipes, Fitting
and Valves for Water and Sewerage Authority" and must be deposited in the Tenders Box at the Office of the Central Tenders
Board, 31, St. Vincent Street, Port-of-Spain.

AND HEART ASSOCIATION OF TRINIDAD AND
TOBAGO

NOTICE is hereby given under the provision of Standing Order
No. 75 (3) (b) (i) of the Senate Standing Orders of a Bill
entitled "An Act for the Incorporation of the Chest and Heart
Association of Trinidad and Tobago" which it is proposed to
introduce in the Senate. The Bill is published as a Supplement
to this Trinidad and Tobago Gazette and copies may be pur-

2. The object of this Bill is to Incorporate the Chest and
Heart Association of Trinidad and Tobago in order to enable
