NATIONAL LOTTERIES DRAW No. 4
(National Lotteries Regulations, 1969)

NoTIcE is hereby given that with lawful authority under the provisions of the National Lotteries Regulations, 1969, made in
accordance with section 31 of the National Lotteries Act, 1968, the National Lotteries Control Board has appointed Saturday the
22nd day of March, 1969 at 7.15 o'clock in the evening at Television House, Maraval Road, Port-of-Spain, as the day, hour and
venue at which Draw No. 4 of the National Lottery of Trinidad and Tobago will be held to determine the numbers of the Winning
Tickets.

Thenumber of tickets issued is 50,000 with Serial Numbers ranging from 00000 to 49999 and valued at $5.00 per ticket.
Each ticket is made up of fractions numbered from 1 to 20, each having the value of 1/20th of a ticket, i.e. 25 cents.

There are 1,506 prizes for holders of Winning Tickets and 3 prizes for sellers of the first, second and third prizes as follows:--

TENDERS FOR THE HIRE OF TRUCKS FOR ST. GEORGE COUNTY COUNCIL

TENDERS are invited for the hire of motor trucks with capacities of 4 and 6 cubic yards as and when required for miscel-
laneous purposes as set out in the Schedule of Areas for the period commencing 1st June, 1969 to 31st May, 1970. Each
truck must be provided with two loaders.

Tenders must be submitted on the appropriate Tender Forms and prices must be on (a) an hourly, and (b) a daily basis.

Separate contracts may be awarded for any or all of the areas.

2. Tender Forms, Schedule of Areas and Conditions of Contract and forms certifying the ownership of vehicles can be
obtained during normal working hours from the Secretary, St. George County Council Tenders Committee, County Hall,
Tunapuna.

3. Persons wishing to tender must pay to the St. George County Council, a Tender Deposit of $50 in respect of each area
and attach the receipt to their tender.

4. No increase in the contract price will be allowed because of an increase in wages of the contractor's employees or of
Government employees.

5. Each successful tenderer must pay a Performance Deposit of $100 in respect of each contract within 7 days of award.

6. Refunds of deposits will be made under the usual conditions.

7. Each person who tenders must submit the usual up-to-date Income Tax Certificate.

8. Sealed Tenders will be received up to 4.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 9th April, 1969 and must be addressed in plain sealed
envelopes to the Chairman, St. George County Council Tenders Committee. Envelopes must be marked-"Tender-Hire of Trucks,
St. George County Council" and must be deposited in the green Tenders Box at the County Council Hall, Centenary Street,
Tunapuna.

9. The Committee does not bind itself to accept any tender.
