of section 61 (1) of the Constitution of Grenada set out in Schedule 2 to the Grenada Constitution
Order 1973, and acting in accordance with the advice of the Prime Minister, I HEREBY
AUTHORISE YOU the said HERBERT JOHN PREUDHOMME as from Monday 26th day
of April, 1976, to perform the functions conferred by the said Constitution on the Prime
Minister Eric Matthew Gairy (other than the functions conferred on the said Prime Minister
Eric Matthew Gairy by section 61 of the said Constitution) until the Prime Minister Eric Matthew
Gairy returns to Grenada or until your authority for so doing is sooner revoked by me acting as

The Ministry of Works, on behalf of the
Government of Belize, invites interested parties to

Pre-Qualification of Contractors-Contract "C'
THE Government of Barbados proposes to award
contracts for the Expans on and Improvement
of the Port of Bridgetown (Deep Water Harbour)
which will partly be financed with a loan from the
Inter-American Development Bank.
2. The Project consists of three elements :
(a) expansion and improvement of ,the
existing Deep Water Harbour including
an extension of the main wharf, con-
