IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE

NOTICE is hereby given that a session of the
High Court at Grenada in its Criminal Juris-
diction will be held at the Court House in the
town of Saint George's on Tuesday the 7th day of
October, 1975 at 9.30 o'clock in the forenoon
when and where all concerned and bound over to
prosecute or to give evidence or summoned as
Jurors or witnesses are required to give their
personal attendance, and all officers who have
taken inquisitions, depositions, examinations,
recognisances or other papers cognisable by the
Court are required to return the same without
delay to this office.

Vacant post of Fisheries Officer, Grenada

Applications are invited from suitably qualified
persons for appointment to the vacant post of
Fisheries Officer, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry
and Fisheries, Grenada.
Appointment:
The post is pensionable and the successful
applicant should be available to assume duty at
short notice.
Salary:
Salary in the H.T. 1-2 scale is payable i.e.
$5424 x 180-$5964 x 216-6396/6636 x 216-
$7716.
Allowances:
Travelling and subsistence allowances are pay-
able in accordance with existing regulations in
respect of approved travel on duty.
Qualifications:
The applicant should possess passes in at least
four (4) G.C.E. "O" Level subjects, including
English language, and Biology. Knowledge of
Marine Biology, experience in sea-life and fishing,
and aptitude to duty would be added advantages.
Leave:
Leave will be granted in accordance with
existing regulations.

Duties:
To carry out an extensive programme to deter-
mine the most effective fishing methods; to
evaluate and identify the quantity and type of fish
available; to conduct research into the fishing
environment; to provide job training.
Applications in writing, stating age, educational
qualifications and fishing experience with two
named referees, should be submitted to the Chief
Personnel Officer, Office of the Public Service
Commission, St. George's Grenada to reach her
not later than 10th September, 1975.

COOLIDGE CARGO FACILITY
ANTIGUA WEST INDIES

Tenders for the Supply of a Steel Warehouse

This notice supersedes that previously published
under this title and interested manufacturers should
now respond to this advertisement.
The Government of Antigua invites priced
tenders from qualified manufacturers for the
supply of a warehouse delivered to Antigua.
The building required is a steel frame structure
with metal roofing 240 ft. x 70 ft. and the com-
ponents to be supplied are, Structural steel frames,
Perlins, Corrugated sheeting, Rain water goods
and Roller Doors.
Specifications and Tender documents are avail-
able for a fee of twenty-five dollars (EC $25.00)
from the Director of Public Works, Ministry of
Public Works, Housing and Communications, St.
John's, Antigua, West Indies. The closing date for
receiving tenders is Monday, September 15, 1975.
This project will be undertaken jointly by the
Government of Antigua and the Caribbean Devel-
opment Bank and consideration will be limited to
manufacturers whose principal place of business is
in Antigua, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, British
Virgin Islands, Canada, Cayman Islands, Colom-
bia, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica,
Montserrat, St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla, St Lucia,
St. Vincent, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and
Caicos Islands, United Kingdom, United States of
America and Venezuela.

NOTICE

Pre-Qualification of Contractors for the Con-
struction of a Cargo Facility at Coolidge Airport
Antigua, W.I.


This notice supersedes that previously published
under this title and interested contractors should
re-apply.

During September, 1975 the Government of
Antigua will invite priced tenders from pre-quali-
fled contractors for the construction of a cargo
facility at Coolidge Airport.

The project will include:
1. The erection of a pre-fabricated steel frame
warehouse of approximately 16,800 sq. ft.
with all required concrete footings, floor,
loading platforms etc., and a small office
within the warehouse.

2. External paving and roads of approximately
20,000 sq. ft.

3. Basic utility and service runs with a sewage
unit.

Interested firms that have satisfactorily com-
pleted similar work should submit pre-qualifica-
tion data to the Director of Public Works,
Housing and Communications, St. John's, Antigua,
and forward a copy to the Caribbean Develop-
ment Bank, P.O. Box 408, Wildey, St. Michael,
Barbados, W.I., not later than Monday, September
15, 1975.

The project will be undertaken jointly by the
Government of Antigua, and the Caribbean
Development Bank, and consideration will be
limited to firms or joint ventures whose regular
place of business is in Antigua, Bahamas, Barba-
dos, Belize, British Virgin Islands, Canada,
Cayman Islands, Colombia, Dominica, Grenada,
Guyana, Jamaica, Montserrat, St. Kitts-Nevis-
Anguilla, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Trinidad and
Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands, United States
of America, United Kingdom and Venezuela.
Priced tenders for construction will be accepted
only from contractors who have been pre-qualified.
