Sin Grenada under a -business name, if not
already registered, are reminded of their obliga-
tion to register under the Registration of Business
Name Ordinance, Cap. 254 of the Revised Laws
of Grenada.
It is imperative that particulars required to be
furnished under this Ordinance shall be furnished
within fourteen days after the firm. or person
commences business or the business in respect of
which registration is required, as the case may
be.
Failure to comply with this Ordinance may
lead to Summary conviction and the imposition
of a fine, of $24.00 for every day during which
the default continues.
