Under the Taxes Management Ordinance
OTICE is hereby given that the Magistrate
will hold a special session at the Court House,
Grenville, on Thursday the 26th day of April,
1973 at 9.00 o'clock in the forenoon for the pur-
pose of hearing objections to and appeals from
the assessments made by the Tax Officer under
the Taxes Management Ordinance, Cmp. 290.
Any person desirous of making objections to,
or appealing against an assessment, should give
notice in writing to the Magistrate not later than
16th April, 1973 of his intention.

r in Grenada under a business name, if not
already registered, are reminded of their obliga-
tion to register under the Registration of Business.
Name Ordinance, Cap. 254 of the Revised Laws
of Grenada.
It is imperative that particulars required to be
furnished under this Ordinance shall be furnished
within fourteen days.. after the firm or person
commences business or the business in respect of
wh:ch registration is required, as the case may
be.
Failure to comply with this Ordinance may
lead to Summary- conviction and the imposition
of a fine, of $24.00 for every day during which
the default continues.
"Business Name" means, the name or style
under which any business is carried on whether
in partnership or otherwise.
Information with respect to registration under
the Ordinance can be obtained from the Chief
Registrar's Office.

opment of a World Yacht Centre in Grenada will
be released for sale at the General Post Office on
Monday, 26th February, 1973.
