are reminded that the last day for payment
of Sewerage Rates without fine is the 31st
January, 1973.

These rates which were formerly paid at the
St. George's Corporation are now payable at the
Inland Revenue Department.

OTICE is hereby given that a Session of the
SHigh Court at Grenada, in its Criminal Juris-
diction will be held at the Court House in the
town of Saint George on Tuesday the 6th day of
February, 1973, at 9.30 o'clock in the forenoon
when and where all concerned and bound over to
prosecute or to give evidence or summoned as
Jurors or Witnesses are required to give their
personal attendance, and all officers who have
taken inquisitions, depositions, examinations, re-
cognisances or other papers cognisable by the
Court are required to return the same without
delay to this office.

N pursuance of section 21 (2) of the above Ordi-
nance, I hereby give notice that a copy of the
plan and report of S. A. Douglas, a licensed land
surveyor, of a survey made on 5th day of Octo-
ber, 1972, under the direction of the Director of
Surveys at the request of Mr. Jabez Grappy for
and on behalf of Edward Bartholomew Grappy
and George Winston Grappy, for the purposes of
establishing the boundaries of a lot of land situate
at Marian in the parish of Saint George over
which there is a dispute, have been lodged at the
Registry of the High Court of Justice at Grenada.

Cap. 37


N pursuance of section 21 (2) of the above Ordi-
nance, I hereby give notice that a copy of the
plan and report of Vernon Augustine, a licensed
land surveyor of the firm of Messrs. Keens-
Douglas and Partners, of a survey made on the
29th day of June, 1972, under the direction of
the Director of Surveys at the request of Mrs.
Mary Cox of Belmont, St. George's, for the
purposes of establishing boundaries of a portion
of land situate at Belmont aforesaid, the owner-
ship of which is being disputed by Vera Cox have
been lodged at the Registry of the High Court of
Justice at Grenada.
