To: LEO VICTOR DE GALE, ESQUIRE, Commander of the Most Ex-
cellent Order of the British Empire.
BY virtue of the power and authority vested in me under section 22 of the Consti-
tution of Grenada, and acting in accordance with the advice of the Honourable
Premier, I DO HEREBY APPOINT YOU, LEO VICTOR DE GALE, to be Gov-
ernor's Deputy of the Associated State of Grenada and in that capacity to perform
on my behalf the functions of the office of Governor of the said State from Saturday
the 25th day of March, 1972, until my return to Grenada unless such appointment
be sooner revoked.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the Associated State of
Grenada at Government House in tLe said State this 25ti day of
March in the year of Our Lord One thousand nine hundred and
seventy-two and in the Twenty-first Year of Her Majesty's Reign.

N exercise of the powers in me vested by subsection 1 (a) of section 83 of the Grenada Constitution
Order, 1967, 1 hereby appoint and constitute you the said RAYMOND CLARENCE PATERSON
MOORE to act as Chairman of the Public Service Commission and to have and exercise all
the functions and authority appertaining to that cffce fTroI the 27th day of March, 1972 and until
the Chairman resumes duty or until your authority for so doing is sooner revoked by me acting
as aforesaid.
