of the Premier, I hereby authorise you the said ADOLF BIERZYNSKI as from Monday the 27th
day of April, 1970, to perform the functions of the offie of Minister for Health, Housing and Local
Government, until the Honourable DAVID T. SYLVESTER returns to Grenada or until your
authority for so doing is sooner revoked by me acting as aforesaid.

High Court at Grenada, in its Criminal
Jurisdizcton, will be held at the Court House in
the Town of Saint George on Tuesday the 2nd
day of June, 1970, at 9.30 o'clock in the forenoon
when and where all concerned and bound over to
prosecute or to give evidence or summoned as
jurors or witnesses are required to give their
personal attendance, and all officers who have
taken inquisitions, depositions, examinations,
recognisances or other papers cognisab e by the
Court are required to return the same without
delay to this Office.
