GREETINGS:
KNOW YE that WE reposing especial trust and confidence in the loyalty, integrity and ability
of Our Trusty and Well-Beloved DENIS AYNESLEY HENRY, Officer of the Most Excellent
Order of the British Empire, Barrister-at-Law, and Member of the Honourable Society of the Inner
Temple, resident at Mt. Parnassus in the Associated State of Grenada, of Our especial grace,
certain knowledge and mere motion have thought it fit to constitute and appoint and by these
Presents do constitute and appoint the said DENIS AYNESLEY HENRY to be One of Our Coun-
sel for Our Associated States of Antigua, Dominica, Grenada, Saint Christopher, Nevis and Anguilla,
Saint Lucia and Saint Vincent and the territories to which the jurisdiction of the West Indies Asso-
ciated States Supreme Court extends to hold and enjoy within the said States and territories all
and singular the RIGHTS, ALLOWANCES, PRIVILEGES and PRE-EMINENCES to the said
appointment belonging or appertaining in as full and ample a manner as any other Our Counsel
learned in the Law in any of the said States and territories doth hold and enjoy or of right ought
to have held or enjoyed the same, and also the liberty of sitting and practising within the Bars
of the said States and territories as any of Our Counsel learned in the Law do ought or may.

AND WE DO HEREBY DIRECT AND ENJOIN that these Our Letters Patent be published within Our
said States and Colonies and be duly recorded in the proper offices therein.


AND to the said ends aforesaid, we have caused these Our Letters Patent to be sealed with
the Public Seal of Our State of Grenada.

WITNESS Our Trusty and Well-Beloved Her Excellency DR. HILDA BYNOE, Governor
of Grenada at Government House, Grenada, this 26th day of August, in the year
of Our Lord One thousand nine huadred and sixty-eight in the Seventeenth Year
of Our Reign.
