as an Agricultural Assistant, Department of
Agriculture, with effect from 1st March, 1963.

VACANT POST OF MEDICAL OFFICER OF HEALTH,
GRENADA

PPLICATIONS are invited from suitably
qualified candidates for appointment to the
vacant post of Medical Officer of Health in the
Medical Services, Grenada.
Duties of Post : Special charge of all clinics
conducted or emanating from Health Centres in
relation to a programme of Preventive Medicine
stipulated by the Medical Department, including
Veneral Diseases, School Health Work and Port
Health Work.
SAppointment ; Pensionable or on contract for
Q years, if preferred, subject to medical fitness.
Qualifications : D.P.H. or equivalent degree
or diploma registerable in the United Kingdom.
Specialised knowledge of V.D. is desirable.
Salary,: The pqst carries a salary of $7,680.
Private consultant practice in V.D. is permitted
but private practice is no' allow ed.
Allowances : A travelling allowance of $1,500
per annum is payable.

Grenada, to whom applications, stating qualifica-


tions, age and experience, accompanied by at least
two copies of testimonials must be submitted to

UNDER THE BOUNDARIES SETTLEMENT ORDINANCE

IN pursuance of Section 21 (2) of the above
Ordinance, I hereby give notice that a copy
of the diagram and report of George Alexander,
Licensed Surveyor, Public Works Department, of
a survey made at the request of Miss Clarice
Fleming from January 17, 3963, to January 29,
1963, of certain boundary lines of Windsor Estate
in the parish of St. Andrew has been lodged in the
Office of the Chief Registrar of the Supreme Court

of the yearly rent of One hunderd and twenty
dollars ($120.00) in advance on the first business
day in January in every year created by an
Indenture of Lease dated 6th July, 1959, made
between SIR COLVILLE MONTGOMERY DEVERELL
First Part EMMANUEL GITTENS KNIGHT and
GORDON MUNRO Second Part and the Defendant
Third Part and recorded in the Deeds and Land
Registry, Grenada in Liber C 10 page 363 of and
in ALL THAT 3,912 square feet of land with the
building thereon being portion of the "Hamilton
Alms House" lot situate in the town of Saint
George bounded as in portion edged on all sides
in pink on plan annexed to the said lease.
The sale is subject to the usual conditions of
sale, a copy of which may be seen at this office
and to the REDUCED RESERVE PRICE of

BY ORDER made the 21st day of March, 1959,
there will be offered for sale at the Registrar's
Office, St. George, on Friday the 29th day of
March, 1963, at 12 o'clock noon ALL the right
title and interest of the above-named defendant
in: -
ALL THAT estate called Palmiste containing
four hundred and sixty acres approximately


situate in St. John bounded as described in the
Indenture dated on or about 17th April, 1926,
made between Mary Ann McPhail and Others and
Ruggles Low Ferguson recorded in the Deeds and
Land Registry of Grenada in Liber 18 at page 814
SAVE and EXCEPT the premises known as
the Palmiste Beach Club.
The interest of the Defendant in the said estate
is believed to be: -
1.-An undivided quarter in fee simple in
possession subject to an executory devise over in
favour of Donald Ferguson and Clayton Ferguson
in the event of the death of the defendant without
having had issue who shall have attained the age
of twenty-one years.
2.-Another undivided quarter in fee simple in
possession (formerly the property of Monica
Blackburn) subject to an executory devise over in
favour of the said Donald Ferguson and Clayton
Ferguson in the event of the said Monica
Blackburn dying without having had issue who
shall have attained the age of twenty-one years.
3.-A contingent interest in another quarter in
the event of the said Donald Ferguson dying
without having had issue who shall have attained
the age of twenty-one years.
4.-A contingent interest in another quarter in
the event of the said Clayton Ferguson dying
without having had issue who shall have attained
the age of twenty-one years which above interests
are subject: -
1.-As to the Defendant's two undivided quarter
shares to a mortgage dated 8th July, 1955, made
between the Defendant Monica Blackburn and
Creymon Prayag and the Incorporated Trustees of
the Church of England and recorded in the Deeds
and Land Registry of Grenada in Liber R 9 page
466 upon which $14,400.00 with interest thereon
from 9th April, 1953, at the rate of $7.00 per
centum per annum is owing.
2.-As to the Defendant's original quarter share
to a mortgage dated 8th September, 1958, made
between the Defendant and Clayton Ferguson
aforesaid and recorded in the Deeds and Land
Registry of Grenada in Liber V 8 page 736 upon
which $3,360.00 with interest thereon from 9th
September, 1955, at the rate of $7.00 per centum
per annum is owing.
3.-A charge in favour of the Government of
Grenada upon the Defendant's interest and interest
of the said Clayton Ferguson for $48,288.14 under
the Agriculture Rehabilitation Ordinance. The
above is being sold free from judgments against
the said Defendant as far as known.
The sale is subject to the usual conditions of
sale, ropy of which can be seen at the Registrar's
Office, and to the REDUCED RESERVE PRICE
of $10,006.33

the NewaTestament Church of Godlin~the Colbny.


UTHEREAS there has been established in the Colony
a religious organisation known as the New
Testament Church of God (hereinafter called "the
Otganisation') which is an integral!part of' the" Church
of God-the parent body with its international head-
quarters at 922,930, 1080 Montgomery Avenue in
Cleveland, in the State of Tennessee.

AND WHEREAS the Reverend Edward Dickson
Hasmatali of the town of San Fernando in the island
of Trinidad has been superintending the activities of the
Organisation in this Colony.

AND WHEREAS the Organisation is desirous of being
incorporated in the Colony and Lennard Howard
Aultman of 1080 Montgomery Avenue, Cleveland, in
Tennessee, U.S.A., Aaron Wilson Brummett of 671 N.E.
First Place, Hialeah in Florida, U.S.A., the said Edward
Dickson Hasmatali, Franklyn Arnold of Perdmon-
temps in the parish of St. David and Terence Edward
Caine of St. Paul's in the parish of St. George in this
island have been asked and are willing to serve as
trustees of and to hold property for any of the uses or
purpose of the Organisation in the Colony.

AND WHEREAS it is expedient that the trustees for the
time being should be incorporated and should have
power to hold lands and other property in trust for the
Organisation.

Be it therefore enacted by the Legislature of Grenada
as follows: -

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the

NEW TESTAMENT CHURCH OF GOD
INCORPORATION ORDINANCE, 1963.

2. The said Lennard Howard Aultman, Aaron
Wilson Brummett, Edward Dickson Hasmatali,
Franklyn Arnold and Terence Edward Caine and their
successors in office as trustees of The New Testament
Church of God shall be and are hereby created a body
corporate by the name "The Incorporated Trustees of
the New Testament Church of God" (hereinafter called
"the Trustees") and by that name shall have perpetual
succession and also by the name shall and may sue and
be sued in all Courts of Justice in the Colony and shall
have and use a Common Seal which may from time to
time be changed, altered or made anew.

3. The Trustees shall have full power to acquire for
the Organisation by purchase, transfer, exchange.

years, and also any money, securities for money, goods
or chattels whatsoever; and to take, hold and enjoy the
same and subject also to the performance of any trust
upon which the said lands or other property, money,
securities for money, goods or chattels may have been
acquired.

4. It shall be lawful for the Trustees, subject to the Trustees

transfer, exchange, surrender or otherwise dispose of
