HIS Honour the Administrator, by virtue'of the power vested in him under the provision of Section
25 (1) of the-Grenada (Constitution) Order in Council, 1959 (S. I. 1959 No. 2200), and after

BY virtue of the power and authority in me vested under the provisions of the Grenada (Constitu-
tion) Order in Council, 1959 and being well satisfied of the loyalty, integrity and ability of
HERBERT NECKLES, after consultation with the Chief Minister, I do by these presents nominate,
constitute and appoint you the said
HERBERT NECKLES

to be a Nominated Member of the Legislative Council of the Colony of Grenada hereby investing
you with all the powers, privileges and authorities to the said office appertaining or belonging. And
all Her Majesty's loving subjects in the said Colony and all others whom it may concern are hereby
required to take due notice hereof and to govern themselves accordingly.
GIVEN under the hand of the Administrator and the Public Seal of the Colony of
Grenada at Government House in the Island of Grenada this 1st day of
October, 1962, and in the Eleventh Year of the Reign of Her Majesty QUEEN
ELIZABETH THE SECOND.
