NOTICE

UNDER SECTION 3 (2) OF THE AID TO PIONEER INDUSTRIES ORDINANCE,
1952 (No. 19 of 1952).


TOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is proposed under the above mentioned Ordinance to make
the following Order:-
1. Short title. This Order may be cited as the
AID TO PIONEER INDUSTRIES (MANUFACTURE OF POTTERY AND
CERAMIC PRODUCE) ORDER, 1962.

2. Declaration of Pioneer Industry. The Manufacture of pottery and ceramic products is
hereby declared to be a pioneer industry for the purposes of the Aid to Pioneer Industries Ordinance,
1952, and locally manufactured pottery and ceramic products are hereby declared to be pioneer products
for the said purposes.
Any person who objects to the making of such an Order is invited to give notice in writing of his
objection and of the grounds on which he relies in support thereof the Secretary to Government on or
before the 13th day of October, 1962.

OTICE is hereby given that a Session of the
Supreme Court of the Windward Islands ,an&
Leeward Islands at Grenada, in its Criminal
Jurisdiction, will be held at the Court House in the
town of Saint George on Tuesday the 16th day of
October, 1962, at 9.30 o'clock in the forenoon when
and where all concerned and 'bound :over to
prosecute or to give evidence or summoned as Jurors
or witnesses are required to give their personal
attendance, and all officers who have taken
Inquisitions, Depositions, Examinations, Recogni-
ances or other papers cognisable by the Court
are required to return the same without delay to
this office.
