United States Consular Representation
T has been announced that the United States
Consulate at Barbados is to be raised to a
Consulate-General and that Miss EILEEN DONOVAN
has been appointed as Consul-General of the
United States at Barbados with jurisdiction in-
cluding the Leeward and Windward Islands.
Pending the issue of the Queen's Exequatur in
her favour; provisional recognition has been
accorded in Grenada to Miss Donovan in her
consular capacity.

TOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is proposed under the above mentioned Ordinance to make
the following Order:- ': '' 's

1. Short title. This Order may be cited as the
AID TO PIONEER INDUSTRIES (MANUFACTURE OF POTTERY AND
CERAMIC PRODUCE) ORDER, 1962.

2. Declaration of Pioneer Industry. The Manufacture of pottery and ceramic products is
hereby declared to be a pioneer industry for The jlirposes of the Aid to Pioneer Industries Ordinance,
1952, and locally manufactured pottery and ceramic products are hereby declared to be pioneer products
for the said purposes. k"'
Any person.wh'6 objects to the making of such an Order is invited to give notice in writing of his
objection and of the grounds onf which he, relies in 'support thereof the secretary to Government on or
before the 13th day of October, 1962.
