HE Right Honourable the Secretary of State
for the Colonies has notified the Administrator
that the Queen will not be advised to exercise Her
Majesty's power of disallowance with respect to
the following Ordinances of the Grenada Legisla-
ture:-
No. 28 of 1961.-An Ordinance further to amend
the Income Tax Ordinance, 1956.
No. 31 of 1961.-An Oidinance to validate acts
done or omitted by any Ocmmissioner or by
any person acting under the direction of a
Commissioner under the Income lax Ordi-
nance, 1956.

NOTICE
THE Harbour Master, Grenada wishes to advise
that salvage operations will commence on 1st
September, 1962 on the wreck of the BIANCA C "
now lying in the St. George's Harbour in approxi-
mate position 120 01' 22" North Latitude and 61
47' 50" West Longitude or about 1.15 miles due
north of Point Saline point.
During the course of these operations which will
continue until further notice, heavy explosive
charges will be used, and small crafts are asked to
avoid this area especially when a nearly salvage
vessel is flying a red flag. No one should swim
within i mile radius of this vessel during the
period of operations.

under the Will of John Hamilton Vernon Mahy,
deceased, or however bounded together with all
buildings and erections thereon being the balance
of the hereditaments of which an undivided moiety
was conveyed by Eva William Charles by William
Llewellyn Charles by an Indenture dated 30th
August 1921 recorded in the Deeds and Land
Registry in Liber G 8 at page 351 remaining after
deducting therefrom the portion thereof which was
conveyed by the said Eva William Charles to
Louise Ethel Martin by an Indenture dated 15th
October 1938 recorded in the Deeds and Land
Registry in Liber X 8 at page 959.
The sale is subject to the usual conditions of
sale a copy of which may be seen at this office and
to the RESERVE PRtCE of $19,463.00.
